COSO report（コソレポート）

COSO report（コソレポート）とは

The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission（COSO）によって公表された、Internal Control の基本となる報告書のことを COSO Report と言います。

通常、「Internal Control – Integrated Framework」という報告書が、COSO report と呼ばれています。
